PCN Cannabis Congres 2026: Ticket Sales Open — Fourth Edition Returns to Eindhoven

Ticket sales for the fourth edition of the PCN Cannabis Congres are open. Since 2022, the event has grown into a leading cannabis knowledge and networking gathering. In the inspiring setting of the Evoluon in Eindhoven, national and international professionals discuss the key developments, opportunities and challenges in the cannabis field.

The Programme

Bas van Werven (BNR nieuwsradio) hosts the day with pace and humour, joined by cannabis journalist Derrick Bergman. Alongside sharp panel debates and presentations, the programme includes the festive awards for the Koos Zwart Award and the Cannabis Industrie Awards 2026.

Trends and Challenges

Chain formation is a trend in the coffeeshop world, with several chains of ten or more shops. Scarce permits are also putting small-scale operators under pressure. This spring, blue and pink hash containing synthetic cannabinoids appeared in the Netherlands, and edibles and vapes with these synthetic substances are also circulating. How to recognise these products and what health risks they carry are among the questions on the agenda.

Smoking Room and Exhibition

In the foyer and hall, companies from the industry present themselves, and a comfortable smoking room is set up outside. The travelling exhibition 1976-2026: The French/Dutch Paradox in the Global Drug War, previously shown in Vienna, Berlin and Paris among others, will be on display for the last time during this PCN Cannabis Congres. Coffee and tea, lunch, a closing drink and a special goodiebag are included in the ticket price.

Ticket Prices

Until 30 September, tickets are 150 euros. From 1 October the price rises to 200 euros, and from 1 November to 250 euros. Tickets are available via the ticket page.
